This is especially useful for:

Here’s how to access and use the Full Transcript in Scribe Health:
Step-by-Step: Access the Full Transcript
1. Go to the Session
From your dashboard or “Your Sessions” list, click on the session you want to review.
2. Open the Document View
You'll land on the SOAP note page with sections like Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan already generated.
3. Click on the Document Dropdown
At the top of the note, click the dropdown menu (it may say something like “Practice Fusion Template” or “New Patient Visit”).
4. Select Transcript
From the dropdown list, choose Transcript to open the complete word-by-word record of the session.
This includes:
Full conversation (provider + patient)
Time-stamped interactions
No AI filtering or summarization — just raw text as spoken
Why Use the Full Transcript?
Double-check details: Confirm symptoms, history, or medications exactly as the patient described them.
Edit your note with more precision by referencing exact phrasing.
Audit or training: Great for reviewing how providers handle patient conversations.
Custom template prompts: Use real examples to build or refine custom sections.
Can I Copy or Export the Transcript?
Yes — once you open the transcript, you can:
Highlight and copy text for use elsewhere
Refer back to it at any time
Use it as a guide to regenerate the note in a new format/template

If something is missing or unclear in the generated note, scroll through the transcript:
Find the patient’s exact words
Update or regenerate a note section based on that content
Add clarity to your documentation before copying it into your EHR
